Usage & Fees

All Guests

Advance Reservations Required

Camping Fees (plus Group Fees if applicable) due on arrival:
- $2/person/night – plus electrical fees *children 6 & younger camp free*

Electrical Fees-due on arrival:
- Trailers/RVs using 50A service – $15 per day per outlet
- Trailers/RVs using 30A service – $10 per day per outlet
- Guests/Tents using 20A service – $5 per day per outlet
- Guests/tents not using electrical – no electrical fee

Lodge Rental
- A $100 reservation/damage deposit is due at the time of reservation. The rental fees are due before or upon arrival. Your reservation is official when the camp caretakers receive the reservation/damage deposit.
- A $50 cancellation fee will be retained from the reservation/damage deposit if you cancel less than 30 days before your scheduled date.
- $40 for one night
- $70 for the weekend (two consecutive days)

Cabin Rental:
- A $100 damage deposit is due at the time of reservation; the rental fees are due before or upon arrival. Your reservation is official when the camp caretakers receive the reservation/damage deposit.
- A $50 cancellation fee will be retained from the reservation/damage deposit if you cancel less than 30 days before your scheduled date.
- $40 for one night
- $70 for the weekend (two nights)

College View Church Organizations

Camping Fees:
- Free usage (Donations suggested) plus electrical fees

Lodge Rental:
- $100 damage deposit due @ time of reservation
- Free usage (Donations suggested).

Non-College View groups or individuals

CVA, Union College, conference, community, etc.

Weekend Group Fees (plus Camping and Electrical fees listed under All Guests):
- A $100 damage deposit is due at the time of reservation; all remaining fees are due upon arrival.
